You crack open a chill Natty Ice as a "well done, fella" gesture. Just as you take the first sip, Desiree, the party's host approaches you.
"Hey, Storm," she greets you, with an air of lust.
"Hello, Desiree," you return nonchalantly, ingesting more of your poisonous beverage.
"How would you like to help me 'prepare some food', in the kitchen?" she asks, air quoting when she says "prepare some food".
"'Prepare some food'?" you repeat, not understanding.
"Yeah," Desiree replies, as if it were obvious. "You know--'put the snacks in the oven'?"
More air quotes. And the way she says those things... there's something fishy going on....
