You decide to take the first move, you're so nervous that it seems like a good idea, until you reach Mike and can't think of anything to say.
"I've just finished. That was wonderful, thank you."
All you can do is smile.
"Shall we head off then? We can take my car, I parked it just around the corner."
Mike steers you out the door and holds open his car door like a complete gentleman. You thank him and make small talk on the way to the farm. So close to the hours means there is a lot of traffic on the road and it takes a little longer to drive in and park. Mike gladly pays the entrance for the both of you, much to your refusal, and so starts your tour...
Even though you've always lived near it, you've never actually been to the farm and you find yourself surprised to see how homely it is, even if it did retain a weird sense of efficiency. A happy tour guide bounds along and greets you all.
"I'll be showing you round today. The tour is only short, but there is a lot to see. I'll be showing you a few teaching rooms, then we shall proceed to look at some of the farms specimines. I shall ask that all phones remain off while you're on the tour, and please, no photographs. You can buy souviners at the end though. Please follow me."
"Isn't this interesting?" Mike says, grabbing your hand to drag you along.
You walk for a few minutes before the tour guide stops before a long mirror looking on to a classroom full of people.
