I'm sure she'll be fine! Just when I took my leave I saw Kate is quickly catching up to me! So got to me right on time and said to me; "Hey~ big brother! Next time do me a favor! Never ever leave your cute little sister behind ok?" So I apologize to her, told her is the house lock so she did, & handed the keys to me!
We walk to the bus stop together! We had a chit-chat for a bit & made to our destination towards the bus stop!
To be frankly & honesty my high school is not that far a head, but my little sister's bus is kind of far away then mine!
As the bus arrived, I've patted her head & said to her; "Have a good day of school!" & she replied back to me; "Ok, I will big brother!" She got on her bus & left! So that leads me is to walk to school about 15 minutes to walk!
As I walk to the same safe route as usual & someone is calling me behind my back! "Hey~! Morning Chris~!"
I also know that voice as I turn around I saw my best friend: Maiko she's wearing the same outfit as I am when were go to school together about nearly 4 years!
I said to; "Morning Maiko! How are you been doing bud?" She said it's ok & we replied back as usually!
Ah~! Maiko I've still remembered when we first met on that day! My Dad, Mother, Big Sister, & I went to are vacation towards Japan since my Dad got lucky to win a grand prize trip for 4 people! During vacation he took us to the playground where kids could laugh, play, or hanging around! My parent get so mushy while Lilly enjoyed the playground today!
I've still new with this place that I didn't know then suddenly at the glimpsed at my eye I saw a little red hair girl who was shy, sad, or lonely! I've decided to approach her a bit slowly cause in truth I've never made a friend like that! She look up to me and said to me; "Um~ H-hello!" still a bit shy so I replied myself to her; "Hello!" So we introduced to are self as she bowing; "M-my name is Maiko! Nice to meet you!" and I also replied to her; "My name is Chris! Nice to meet you too!" She giggled a bit and said to me; "That's a very nice name!" I thank her for her comments!
So we started to played together in a playground! As my parents smiling at us & so as her parent though they never met yet! Later on that day our parents got to meet each other & got to know each other during our play time! During vacation we met again as usually like friends hanging out to each other! Just since this is the last day Maiko was sad a bit! I told her; "Hey don't cry Maiko I'm sure one day we'll see each other again, maybe about some years I think Ok?" With a smile on my face! She replied back to me; "Ok Chris! Promised you'll remembered me, PPROMISED!!!" so I said; "Yeah! I'm promised!" We hug each other and gave me a kiss good-bye on my cheek & flew off back home!
Almost 8 years later as I been entered my high school! Our teacher announced a new transfer student about to arrived in just a few moments! As I was watching a window at the left side of the classroom! I've been thinking; "I wonder what is that I forgot something?" Just as I was about to continuing thinking, someone is entering our class room!
I saw a cute high school girl with red head! W-wait a minute! I-I know this girl anywhere with pretty red hair & beautiful light purple eyes! I recognize her right about now! Just as our teacher ask her to introduced herself to the class, I accidently interrupting for a moment as I slowly told her; "M-Maiko......is that you?" Maiko had made a tearfully smile at me & told me; "You......you finally remembered me right, Chris!"
After our school we had a long chit-chat on are way back home about Maiko & her family decided to moved toward America for more then 5 years & I also told about my father loss story! She felt so sorry for me, but she glad I doing ok with my family! So were still continue of being childhood friends.
While I was remembered are good old days, Maiko was asking me; "Chris are you ok, you're kind of spaced out for a moment! What's wrong?"
