"Mom, Dad, I'm home!" Xara shouts as you follow her into the house. "I brought a boyfriend!"
"What?!" you hear three voices bellow from within
In mere seconds, you see three elves rush out to your location. One is obviously Xara's mom, another who you assume is the father, and a small child elf, who you can't tell if it's a girl or boy. As with the villagers before, they all freeze at the sight of you.
"X-Xara... dearest..." her Mom finally says as she points at you. "Um... Why in the seven hells is there an orc within our house!"
Xara giggles and takes your arm, pressing it tightly against her body. "He's my new boyfriend, Mother."
Her family's jaws drop all at the same time as she says this, and you think that your mate might be enjoying this a little too much. You scratch the back of your head, and though you want to make an at least decent impression, you have no experience in dealing with these kinds of elves.
"Um... hello," you finally say. "I'm Worjum... Xara's mate."
It seems like hours pass before Xara's father finally says, "Um, well, it's nice to you, um... Worjum. W-would you like to stay for dinner?"
