Go down the corridor

Down the corridor, you find smaller waiting areas, each with a few chairs.
There is a door labelled 'Doctor J Fine', outside of which a young lady is waiting. She has mousy brown hair and a floral-patterned dress. She is quite pretty, but looks really nervous.
Further down the corridor you can see a group of men waiting outside another room. A nurse calls one of them in, and he gets up and enters. You didn't see the nurse's face, but the glimpse of a tight-fitting nurse's uniform has got your mind racing.
At the end, there is a sign that says 'Podiatry'. The sign lists various foot problems and says you can knock on the door and wait to be seen.
