Give the lollipop to the Asian and the lunch to Alice and Timothy

You hand the lollipop out to the fat Asian, She swiftly tears it from your hand, unwraps it, then devours it in 5 seconds. You pull out your bologna sandwich and tear it in half. You give half of it to Timothy. You hand the other half to Alice.
"That's alright, I don't eat bologna," says Alice.
"Oh," you say while handing the other half to Timothy.
"Sweet!" he says.
Soon, "Cake and Sodomy" is over and Manson starts singing "Dope Hat.[1]"
All of a sudden the fat chick yells, "I gotta go!" and runs to the bathroom faster than lightning.
"What's her problem?" asks Timothy.
"I'll go check," says Alice.
You and Timothy follow her and stand just outside of the bathroom.
"Holy fucking shit!" Alice yells after a few seconds. She runs out of the bathroom shivering.
"What the hell happened in there?" asked Timothy confusedly.
"Heidi is dead in the toilet with vomit everywhere!"
How do you react:
- "Must have been the lollipop or something."
- "Holy Shit!"
- "Now, now, no reason to swear now."
- Knock them out, grab the bodies, and run!
