Girl Scout Camp/Go to sleep

From Create Your Own Story

You look out towards the tents containing the sleeping girls. Almost all of the lights are out and quiet covers the forest. There might be trouble brewing out there, but you don’t have any realistic way of finding it. After all, the tents with the most mischief are going to be the quiet tents and you can’t just barge into them.

It’s easier to just get some sleep. You head for your own tent, tuck yourself into your sleeping bag, and quickly fall asleep.

A few hours later, you wake up to the feel of something rubbing against you. You slowly open your eyes, and try to blink away the fatigue and adjust to the darkness, looking for what it was that woke you up. You realize that someone has joined you in your sleeping bag.

You peer at her face and recognize her as Zoe, the girl who had the tent to herself. She has curled up next to you, lying on her side facing away from you. Her eyes appear closed and it looks like she’s trying to get back to sleep.

You wonder if she came here on purpose, if she got lost, or if she was sleepwalking. And if she did come here on purpose, what was her intention.
