Get a knife and pop the latch

You run down the stairs and into the kitchen. You search through the drawers until you find a knife. Running back up, you jam the knife into the door side and try to jimmy the lock. Finally, the door pops open. "Yay!" Your sister exclaims. She hurriedly pushes you aside and races into her frosty-pink and baby-blue room and slams the door behind her. You sigh and walk downstairs to the kitchen to make breakfast.
