Find Tino waiting at the door(IE/WF)

You get out of your car and notice Tino sitting on your porch wearing white trainers, black jeans and a white vest with a baseball cap on.
'Hi Tino, how are you? I hope you found my place okay?'
'Yes thanks Mrs Lester'
You open the door and tell your son Joe to go inside and go and play up in his room.
'You have a very nice home Mrs Lester' 'Thank you very much Tino would you like a drink?'
'Just a water would be great thanks'
You grab a glass out of the cupboard and then get a bottle of water out of the fridge and fill the glass two thirds. You can't help but look at Tino with his Jeans falling down round his waist almost halfway down his ass with his boxers on full view. He is looking around the kitchen and you can't help but wonder what his home life is like. With only his mum to take care of him it might be tough.
You place the glass of water on the table and ask Tino to have a seat.
'Now Tino if this arrangement is going to work I need you to trust me and work hard whilst you're here. I really want to see you do well and when I spoke to your mum she was very keen that our little partnership work for you. Do you understand?'
'Yeah that's cool, you help me study and get better i'll help you with some work and I can get my basketball scholarship'
'That's right, now I don't mind which we way we do this would you like to do the work first or shall we start with the tutoring?'
