This isn't so bad. Things aren't that much different from where you left them. The only things you notice are the occasional marked improvements in technology. You do notice the sad lack of time travel. You don't know if this is foreshadowing, or if it's just fallen out of fashion by this time. Some guy floats by, too busy talking on his futuristic space-cellphone to notice you.
So he knocks you over onto the ground.
What do you do?
- Punch him in the face. He's a jerk.
- Yell, "Watch where you're going!"
- Apologize profusely, because it was your fault for landing there to begin with.
- Ignore him, and start to explore the not too distant future.
- Scuttle away and hide from the scary future person.
