Drive the jalopy to the coast

"Let's head for the coast," you say. "The islands might be safe from zombies, and we should be able to acquire a boat somehow."
Annabelle nods. She gets behind the wheel and you ride shotgun almost literally with your crossbow and pistol.
The ride is mostly uneventful, with Annabelle either avoiding the zombies you encounter or simply running them over. As the jalopy approaches what used to be the Long Beach marina, it coughs and sputters as the last of the fuel runs out. Ana puts it in neutral until it coasts to a stop. Several zombies approach as you exit the car, but you begin sniping them one by one with your crossbow, while Ana finishes off the rest with blows from her axe.
"What now?" Ana asks as you are retrieving the last of your steel crossbow bolts from an undead skull.
You look around. There aren't many boats left, and most of the ones that are there don't look seaworthy, but there's a sailboat that appears to be in good condition, and a new, clean-looking powerboat. The powerboat, however, has a sign on it: PRIVATE PROPERTY. KEEP OUT. TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT. SURVIVORS WILL BE SHOT AGAIN.
"Despite my name, I have no experience with sailboats," you say. "How about you?" Ana shakes her head.
The two of you think hard about what to do next.
- Attempt to use the sailboat
- Try one of the abandoned, run-down motorboats
- Go for the new powerboat, despite the warning sign
