Drive on the sporting goods store. the parks are on their own.

From Create Your Own Story

It feels terrible to leave the Parks to whatever fate befalls them, but your first concern is yourself and Melanie. With the carnage literally laying around, you can't be sure what's even happening, and you can't risk going off half cocked. You drive past the house just as the men kick in the front door and rush inside.

You have to drive slowly through the rain, and to move around abandoned vehicles and bodies in the street. It's a drive that feels a lot longer than it is, and Melanie sits silently in the passenger seat, staring out the window.

When you finally get to Rick's Sporting Emporium, you're sure it will have all the things and stuff you'll need. You pull into the rather empty lot and put the car in park.

"We should have helped them," Melanie finally says. "The Parks were nice people."

You consider explaining your thought process to Melanie, but know you're a sitting duck here in the lot.
