A true man of valour, you put these base thoughts from your mind and stoop to the unconscious vixen's side - not to harass her, but simply to loosen and remove the bonds that hold her wrists and ankles together.
Even the unbinding of her limbs doesn't wake her. In light of this you take the opportunity to shift her a small way from the river's edge, eventually managing to prop her up against the base of a nearby tree so that she might be somewhat obscured from passing creatures.
Finally satisfied, you rise to your feet once again and cast a final glance at the vulnerable vixen before turning your back. Helpless she may remain, but you could scarcely have done more for her short of scrubbing off the reptile blood yourself.
As you're leaving the forest, your mind returns to thought of Roxanne. You have served her faithfully thus far, and with good reason - something about the young priestess utterly beguiles you, and you find yourself compelled to help her.
Visions of her smiling face and lithe, (though abormally lewd) body occupy your daydreams as you step back up to the road where you'd left her, and it takes all your moral fibre and self-control to avoid envisioning the many ways in which she would likely repay you for your service...
