You are in too much pain to talk and you just put the thumbs up to him as you pass, this calms his nerves slightly. You are helped to the hospital where the doctors examine your arm. It is a bad break and you are forced to wear a cast for three months, you break down because you know you will miss the invasion.

Due to your injury you miss out on the Normandy Invasion, you are sent home to rest and heal, while at home you hear off the reports on the war and how they are doing on the front. By the time you've fully healed they have pushed through into Germany and are on their last legs, moving in on Berlin. You are shipped out to the front with supplies and later during the fighting on the streets of Berlin you are gunned down. ((If anyone wants they can add more options to this and continue it))
