D&D: You submit to her

The tormenting is too much for you to take, and in your current state, with the collar blocking your magical powers, there is not a lot you can do about it. You are afraid what she might hold in store for you, if you resist and refuse her. "Okay, okay... please, stop - I submit..."
"Kneel before me, pet!" the elf commands, "I want to hear you beg..."
Humiliated, but unable to do anything else, you kneel before the elf "please... I will be your pet, just don't torture me anymore!" you beg her.
With sudden movement, the elf slaps you hard on the face "You insolent bitch! Beg me for the right to be my pet, before I will really hurt you!" As you stumble back to kneel before her, she grabs your face in her right hand, while painfully twisting your nipple with her left hand, "You better convince me, slut!"
"Please mistress, I am sorry!" you beg, feeling humiliated, "I want to be your pet, I will do whatever you want...". While groveling and begging to this elf is humiliating for a sorceress such as you, you have to admit that it also turns you on. Letting go of control, being treated like a slut - you are getting wet from imagining what this beautiful elf will do with you... But you still have to convince her to stop the torture. You bend down and start licking her boots, in order to show your submission.
"Very good pet, I see you are at least a fast learner!" the elf retorts, "I will see how to make use of you yet in the best way..." After a minute, she orders you to get up and follow her to the next room. There are some more torture devices there, some shelves with books and an alchemy lab. There is also a large cage in the corner. The elf leads you to the cage, signaling you to get inside. As you step inside, she locks the cage, and you also feels magical protection on the cage, in addition to the lock. "Wait here pet, I shall not be gone for long."
With this, the elf leaves. You check the cage, but there is nothing you can do to open it, so you decide to wait, gather your strength and see what happens. The elf returns after a couple of hours, than she unlocks your cage. "Here pet, your new outfit" she says as she give you a bundle of clothes. 'Clothes' is an interesting word for it - it consists of a harness-like leather cloth, that goes around your breasts and nether parts, just enhancing your sexuality. It also has built-in cuffs with rings for tying ropes in the wrists and ankles. To finish the outfit, you are given high-heeled sandals, with four-inch heels.
As you finish wearing your outfit, you kneel before the elf, letting her admire your new looks "Excellent, my pet! we are going to have a wonderful time together" she laughs, "don't think I forgot that you are a sorceress - we shall put that to good use as well, in due time."
