D&D: MHC: You head to the training ground

You head down towards the training hall. Walking down confidently, you step inside where the sound of battle can be heard. The quartermaster is in the middle of a session, drilling some of the new recruits.
You raise an eyebrow and observe for a moment. Right now half of the recruits are paired while the quartermaster is having a training circle, in which several recruits are poised to attack him at once. While Bane is a competitive god, he values domination through numbers and tactics.
Some of the recruits look promising. The recruits are only wearing training tunics and no armor.
In your sights are three recruits that really catches your eyes.
The first one is a brash and daring brunette with short hair. She's being pretty brash and her skills are pretty well honed. She is fighting toe-to-toe to a guy twice her sizes and is keeping him on edge.
The seconds one is actually a pair. The two are clearly sisters and working pretty well together. They are part of the dueling circle and every time it is their turn, they attack in sync to try and get the edge on the quartermaster. The strategy, while fruitless, is well executed.
Half an hour later, the recruits are panting and there is a short break. The quartermaster approaches you. "Hey there. Looking for something?"
"Maybe. I couldn't help but see a few promising pupil. I think I'l pick them up and train them personally."
The quartermaster raises an eyebrow and nods. "Sure. which one?"
