You call a creepy acquaintance of yours, Dr. Shine. You're not sure what his first name is or if he's really a doctor, but he has made offhand comments to you that if you ever happened to have a dead woman's body lying around, he'd pay generously to take the corpse off your hands.
He's thrilled when you call and a few minutes later, he's at your place examining Nina's body.
"Oh, yes, she will do nicely for my experiments," he says.
He gives you a bag filled with hundred-dollar bills.
"I am very pleased," he says. "Would you like come along to my laboratory? You might find what I do with her... interesting."
