Jennifer, or "Jenny", is a rather special young lady. She was raised in Vault 21, with Sarah being a few years older than her. When she was 16, Mr. House took over, and though her family could have remained, they chose to leave, settling for a small farmstead.
That was 3 years ago. Since then, her father had joined the NCR, but had sadly died in a small skirmish. Her mother, driven to drinking by grief, had passed shortly after. Now, she lives near the NCR sharecropper farms and is watched and taken care of by the NCR, and most are kind to her. The remarkable think about this girl is not only is she kind, smart, and pretty, she is innocent. Somehow, 19 years of the wasteland have not manage to corrupt this girl. However, many are willing. More than a few of her NCR pals long for a companion, Mr. House's new robot body needs a human touch, the mysterious Benny seems to flirt with her, and the more slaves for the legion, the merrier.

SX-E, otherwise known as "Sexy", is a synth created by the institute, one of many in a new project called "Re:Pop". Realizing faulty things like human emotions were too risky in the matter of repopulating the Earth, the Institute made it easier by taking out one half of the problem. Filtering attractive women into society, seemingly normal, they plan to get the synths impregnated, then care for them back at the Institute until birth, then send them out again. The synths have two modes: Normal and Submissive. Normal means they will act almost like a human woman, but more susceptible to male advances. Submissive will make them basically throw themselves at the males. Sexy is part of a special task force that does civilian missions, but also gets semen from the scum of society, Raiders, among other perilous places.
