You slide into your chair at the computer, typing and opening up the criminal reports for the known villains on the loose. You look down the list, analyzing each target. You can't help but notice that the majority of loose ends happen to be females.
Villains
Pamela Isley
AKA: Poison Ivy
Eye Color: Green
Hair Color: Red
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 115 lb.
Information: Plant lover and botanist Pamela Isley was transformed in an accident into a plant/human hybrid. Now, connected with living plants, and with a passion for establishing plants as the dominant life on the planet, she acts as "Poison Ivy". Using naturally produced pheromones, she can control those around her through seduction, bending them to her will. Her plants, large and strong, with various abilities, give her the power to do much damage should she choose.
Personal Notes: Ivy, while a threat, is at least mostly sane. While she has little regard for human life, she will cooperate if it befits her. Her main threat is her pheromones, which are usually avoidable, but she continues to develop new tactics. She usually hides out with plants in the park, botanical gardens, or any other suitable place. She tends to be separate from the rest of the criminals, aside from the team of "Sirens", Harley Quinn and Catwoman, who sometimes work together for a common goal.
Harleen Quinzel
AKA: Harley Quinn
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Blonde (typically dyed in some places)
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 140 lb.
Information: Formal the Joker's psychiatrist, she became enthralled with him, and followed him into his insane schemes. Loyally going along with whatever he wanted, she often carried out tasks for the clown, often ones he didn't want to do. He could sometimes be seen showing her "affection", but most times he simply used her as another pawn in one form or another. Nevertheless, she remains devoted to her "Mr. J". While she used to be sane, she has come to seem just as unstable as the Joker, though not as dangerous alone. However, she usually can find goons or other criminals to work for or with her.
Personal Notes: Quinn isn't much of a threat alone, though she is usually aided in some form. Usually she is being used by Joker for a dangerous task, or as bait. Honestly, it's sad, and if I could get her away from him, she might improve.
Rouges
These "criminals" are somewhere between the line, and may be allies or foes, depending.
Talia al Ghul
Eye Color: Green
Hair Color: Brown
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 141 lb.
Information: Daughter of Ra's al Ghul, and international assassin, Talia is a head of the League of Assassins. She has, in the past, helped Batman in taking down villains, including her father, but she has also stood on the other side of the law. For the most part, she will usually aid Batman, or at least not stand against him, but her more violent methods often leave the two standing on opposite sides of the solution.
Personal Notes: Talia can be helpful, an ally...sometimes more. She is not always predictable though, and will go an opposite direction if she feels it necessary. She isn't usually dangerous, but I have to keep an eye on her.
Catwoman
AKA: Selena Kyle
Eye Color: Green
Hair Color: Black
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 125 lb.
Information: Cat burglar Selena Kyle is skilled at stealing prized targets and getting away. Before Batman, she was able to elude all capture. Now, she continues to thieve as part of an ongoing "game" with the Knight, and in her free time will help him if he needs it.
Personal Notes: Selena is often a useful ally. She sometimes will help me for the sake of helping, and others for her own benefit. Occasionally I have to take her down myself, but she isn't much of an actual threat. More of a past time, to be honest. She is quick in wit and on her feet, and usually will not associate with other, more serious criminals.
