From Create Your Own Story

The Shipping Witches is a joint account with two admins. Since it's a small project for school and we're on a deadline, we've settled on 4 different endings. Feel free to edit this page and tell us which ending you got first and which one's your favorite. We'd love to know. :)

By the way, you may not have noticed but each character was written by a different person.

Erybelle was done by Chandy, who loves to draw in her spare time, a.k.a when she's not drowning in homework, writing or on Tumblr. She's currently 14 years old and lives in B.C, Canada where she is a lumberjack, lives in an igloo and rides husky dogs to school everyday. Chandy has always wanted to try writing a Choose Your Own Adventure and is seriously psyched she finally got the chance to! On a parting note, she's also really forgetful (sort of like the character she writes) so odds are there'll be a few things she left out of this biography but this will have to do.

Maple was created and written by Hyacinthe who likes to read a lot. She too is 14 years old and living in Canada where she farms maple syrup and sells it to the canadian mafia who have a huge maple syrup enterprise. Hyacinthe prefers to skate from her igloo to school everyday because in Canada most people never take off their hockey skates since you never know when there will be an impromptu game of street hockey. Much like the character she writes, Hyacinthe can be a bit of a know-it-all and can sometimes get angry really easily. She sometimes rides moose and likes to play with her pet beavers in her spare time.

We're not sure if anyone will actually read our story but if you do, thanks! :D

I read the whole story. Well written. I got all four endings and like Tragic Love the best. I would have liked to have seen one ending where both girls survive and thrive and the evil "priest" gets struck down by a bolt of lightning cast by an angry God who is incensed that the townspeople try to murder two innocent girls, followed by the townspeople, frightened by the omen, repenting and killing all the leaders who inspired them to form a mob and assault the girls, but... what you did write was awesome. Congratulations!

Thanks Teejay! Ive just finished writing all of Maple's side of the story if you're interested. We considered a happy ending but we are on a time limit as well as we're just not sure how to incorperate it. I'm glad you liked Tragic Love, it was actually the first ending we planned before deciding to make a cyoa (many tears have been shed over these ending while writing them, that one especially).

- Hyacinthe (Maple)

I'd offer to write a happy ending in for you -- it would just take maybe one or two additional pages added -- but I don't want to do anything to such a nice story without getting the permission of the authoress -- or authoresses in this case. Anyway, you're welcome, I really enjoyed the story. It reminded me [especially "Tragic Love"] of a scene from Wizard and Glass, one of the novels in Stephen King's awesome but quite long Gunslinger series.

Actually, I think that'd be a really great idea! One thing I'm wondering is, would you mind writing it in a way so that it could be in either Erybelle or Maple's perspective? We did that for both Tragic Love and Things Left Unsaid so the reader would be able to get both endings with either character and it would make sense (an example of this is we replaced names with things like best friend, partner, etc. so it's vague enough to be either one of them). We look forward to seeing what you come up with! Also I haven't read any Stephen King novels myself but I have definitely seen his long tomes of fiction in book stores and I've heard some great things about him. It's kind of cool that our writing reminded you of him. :)

-Chandy (Erybelle)

One happy ending that can be used for either character, coming right up!

Teejay

Okay, it's in place. Go ahead and tweak it if you feel it needs tweaking.
