An Embarrassing Adventure/toweled woman

You meekly poke your head into the room and get the woman's attention. "Hey, can we share?" you ask. She smiles in response. "Sure," she says, and gestures to the bench across from her. You sit down and make smalltalk with her, though she soon seems uncomfortable, and the conversation tapers off. You decide to lean back against the bench behind you to rest, ready for the hours of sauna ahead of you. The toweled woman almost seems to be blushing, though it could easily be the sweltering heat in the room.
Soon, inexplicably, she gets up and walks out of the room without saying a word. Curious, you lean forward and peer through the doorway, but she has definitely walked off somewhere. This is when you realize that, as you sat down, your towel bunched up and exposed your genitals to the poor girl. Then, when you had leaned back, it must have seemed as if you were brazenly exposing yourself to her and, obviously, she could not handle the situation.
The poor thing, but what can you do?
