You have the pocket knife! You cut open the fish and swim frantically towards the surface, not thinking about what else might be in the water. Luckily your friend has found a...rowboat?
"I found a rowboat," he says.
"Wow," you think. You climb aboard and he rows around while you rest from your exhausting battle. You close your eyes and drift off....to.....sleep.
You awake and feel you can't move. You are in another room. What a surprise. You look around and see you are laying on a table, with your hands and feet strapped down. There is an alter and candles. Your friend is standing in the middle wearing a black hooded robe.
"Where am I?"
"You are home. I am Drake, of the Order Vespirtilio.
"You're part of some cult?"
"No. We are an order dedicated to preserving our culture."
He turns to you. He removes his hood. His skin is pale, his eyes are red, and his fangs are like knives."
"You would probably call us, what's the word....vampire?"
"Great," you think. "It's always vampires." It all makes sense. The darkness, the bat symbol on the door..
"I was the one who brought you here to this building.
"You were the shadowy figure that grabbed me in the hallway?"
"I don't know what you're talking about. Anyway, I brought you here to join me and become a member of our order. Or die."
