At first you think you got screwed and prepare to hunt down the offending party but the next day you find out you don't have to...you've already killed him! It appears one of the politicians you murdered with your explosion was the employer in this bounty, now just a number in the body count. You don't have to worry about anything, but a couple days worth of your hard work are down the drain! 32 dead and no payday. So much for that.
