"Of course sensei." You say with a firmer voice than you had meant to deliver the words with, luckily Ibiki let it slid as if understanding that some of Guy's personality would rub off on you after spending a year without talking to anyone else. You did remember to give a deep bow before you left and headed to the Hokage's office. You still wore the weights but you had become so used to them that the only times you remembered they were on you was when you were having a shower. The first shower you had upon returning to the village you ended up breaking it, the knobs were too delicate for you strength now and the curtain rail snapped off when you gave a slight tug to close the actual curtain, plus due to your weight combined with the weights the bottom of the shower ended up dented and cracked.
You arrived at the village leader's office in the space of five minutes after laughing thanks to the recent memory. The Hokage was sitting behind a brown desk when he told you to enter. The weight of his gaze landed on you instantly and you could almost feel yourself sinking into the very ground beneath your feet, but you untied the knot in your stomach and stood tall and firm.
"Ah Izo it's good to see you again. I trust your year with Might Guy has served you well?" You aren't sure if he is asking or simply speaking his mind and so the question would be rhetorical, you paused not knowing which and the Hokage continued. "I've been trying to get hold of Guy but you know how he is. He'll probably be trying to challenge his rival I suppose. Now for the reason you are here. You have become a Genin but do not have a squad so, to decide, I will contact each of the clan head's in the coming week. Upon their decision you shall work as a lone shinobi of the leaf but specifically for which ever clan that wishes to take you on the most. It isn't the normal way of doing things but due to your training with Guy and other things I've heard you are being fast tracked. The village elders will not know of this nor will the Anbu Black Ops, a personal agent of mine and the clan to whom choose you. Alright, off you go, I'll call on you when the decision is made." He spoke with such finality that you dared not ask a question, so instead you bowed deep to show acceptance and respect then left.
For the rest of the day you darted about from place to place trying to learn about anything and everything that might have happened in your absence. The result is that instead of a day the intelligence gathering took all week and just finished when a Chunin found you and informed you that the Hokage wished for your presence.
Upon arriving you found yourself surrounded by the Leaders of all of the shinobi clans of Konoha with the Hokage at his head seat directly in the center of the crowd. "Good you have arrived. There has been much speculation and discussion and the result, unclear. Each of the clans would like for you to be their personal agent and solo shinobi, however the other clans state this is unfair. So as a result I propose that you, Izo of the Leaf, shall be a prodigy of every shinobi clan in the hidden leaf village. This means that every clan shall imprint you with their clan secret jutsu and if needed, implant the relevant genes and bloodlines so that you may wield their power. You shall be trained firstly in chakra, control, increasing the amount available and everything else related to chakra. Once you have gotten to a sufficient level the clans will be free to train you in whatever they see fit, including their hidden techniques. In return upon gaining these skills you shall report to me and the village elders in a council form each month with news of each clan. This will mean that the clans can function much more freely and efficiently without having to be distracted by my calls, other than to send shinobi on missions of course."
