"Seriously, dude," Eddie replies, stepping into your tenement. "I know you better than that. What's wrong?"
"Oh, it's just..." you moan, "Er--I don't know--you'll think it's stupid."
Eddie looks almost offended. "Don't give me that," he says sternly. "You can tell me anything. If I'm your friend, you should be able to tell me even the most embarrassing thing, and I should support you.... I am your friend aren't I?"
