"Oh dad, what do you promise?", Tom's voice sounds complaining.
"Oh, Tom, I tell you something. This girl is a pearl. She's the small witch, you're right, but she isn't the person, you exploit. If you want so, please leave. She's just more than an avergae Girl from the street. She's got her own brain."
He takes some paper and begins to write the contract. He explains every part of the document. Allthough he seems to be cool, you feel excitement in his voice. His eyes fixing you, his looks. You think he has a crush on you.
After explaining, he rewrites the first paper and hands both contracts to you.
"I'll pay you 100.000 $ cash in advance, we drive to the station and you put it in your safe deposit box. Tom orders some diner and we go back, take a diner and then we see. Are you ready to sign?"
He goes to a kitchen cabinet, opens it and takes out a bundle of money. He counts it on the table. Then he pushes the bundle in your direction.
