You rotate the dial to the 'Monster cock' setting, cross your fingers and enter the cylinder. It rotates around so that the opening is against the wall, trapping you inside.
A section of wall slides away, revealing a staircase leading down into the room. A man with wild, uncombed hair enters the room wearing a stained once-white lab coat. He walks over to the cylinder where the formerly flat-chested woman is trapped. The man is obviously some kind of mad scientist, and he cackles at the sight of the woman trying to cover her now-massive mammaries. Then he steps over to the pedestal in front of your cylinder.
“Hello, my little guinea pig,” he says, rubbing his hands together gleefully. “If you think that cylinder will make your dick bigger, don’t get your hopes up. This dial is just a trick of mine, to lure a man into the cylinder. And it worked!”
