As you push back out again, your belly is pushed up your body, mashing your giant breasts.
At first, you get nowhere, but then suddenly with a great heave you plop out of the cave. You're free - too free, it turns out, as you feel free from the heavy stuffing too. You have burst open completely!
As you sit in the sand beside the cave, with piles of eggs around you, you have just enough time to send a thought of apology to the octopus for wasting its eggs. Then darkness takes you.
