You're in the mood to play with her a bit so you come up with a random story on the spot. It shouldn't be difficult to deceive a superstitious medieval peasant girl... "I am the spirit of one of your ancestors. I entered your body to protect it from the plague with the power of your ancestors. You are the last of our bloodline and we cannot let you die here. We have never attempted to directly intervene with our descendants before and I ended up taking control over your body somehow. Are you alright?"

She's silent for a minute as you feel surprise from her, followed by realization. "I-I'm fine." She gives off a warm feeling. "I should give you my thanks, I was really scared when the plague killed everyone and didn't know what to do." She gives off a frightened feeling at the memory, then changes the subject. "So... what's your name?"
