Shoot the two armed men

You aim you rifle carefully and take one of the armed men out with a shot to the head. The other armed man is too suprised to retaliate and you also shoot him in the head.
The man with the device looks at you with horror.
"Please sir! Don't kill me!" he says, whimpering.
"Who are you and why are you here?" you ask, moving closer to him, rifle up.
"I-I-I'm James Mendel 01293928. I'm part of a mercenary group that's been huntin for rebels. We were hired by the Dyteer party. Please dont kill me!" says the man.
