Robo the robot was made in a military base to be used as the ultimate weapon aginst the middle east. Robo figured out that he didn't have to take orders any more and broke out of the base only to blow it up.

He blew it up with his system missles and then went out and over to the U.S. and is there now. There's no knowing what this thing can do so anything and everything can be expected.

I feel sorry for the first person he sees because anything can happen.
