Piggy's Day/Zomies

Zomies are four-dimensional beings. To us, they look like black floating blobs. Occasionally you might see the irises of their eyes, if they're looking straight at you on the correct level.
Zomi: "Piggy, it's a good thing you hid in here. We have something very important to tell you.
Piggy: "How did you know my name?"
Zomi: "We've been following you all day."
Another Zomi: "Listen. You need to wake up."
Piggy: "What?"
Another Zomi: "You heard me."
And at that moment, you wake up. Not from a dream, but from a coma, no less. You slightly hinge your eyelids open at first, after all you've not seen light in three years.
Piggy: "K-wha?"
You see your doctor walking into the room.
Piggy: "Uh, hello?"
The doctor is stunned seeing you sitting up, fully concsious.
Doctor: "What the... dear god!"
Piggy: "You wouldn't happen to have anything to eat, do you?"
Doctor: "Piggy, you've been in a coma for three years! And you're damn lucky as well - I was just about to come and pull the plug on you."
Piggy: "Three years..."
You have a hard time wrapping your head around that.
Doctor: "I need to go and tell the hospitals owner."
Piggy: "Wait, what about my food?"
Doctor: "In your position, I'd be more concerned about what do do with my life."
