Piggy's Day/It reveals a person

As you flip the switch, a person appears that you would recognize at any time, in any place. John Timberman: the crazy stick-man who has tried to kill you many times before. He's asleep on a rugged old mattress with stuffing falling out, and has somehow managed to grow a beard. He looks like a homeless alcoholic.
Piggy: "John? What are you doing in cave underwater!?"
You know that you're probably not going to get out of here alive, so you might as well get some answers before that. John awakens to your shrill voice, in bewilderment.
John: "Piggy? Nah, I must be hallucinating again."
John turns a side and tries to get some sleep. As it turns out, after you went into a coma, John was unable to stalk you, as hospitals in the 321st century are incredibly secure. He became mentally unstable, lost his home and somehow ended up in this cave to live as a recluse. after John seems to settle down to sleep, you take your chance to try and escape.
John: "Wait. Hallucinations can't turn on light switches!"
Piggy: "Oh crap, OH CRAP!"
John goes berserk and tries to attack you.
