Offer to help clean her up

You reach over and grab a tissue, and as you lean over to help clean her up, but it is too late. Marcie wipes off her cheek with her hand, and licks it off. You regain your composure and she takes another big bite, swallowing the creamy mixture down. You turn to leave and hear Marcie gasp...what is wrong? you wonder. She drops her spoon full, and the mixture hits her chest, and smears down the front of her shirt. The spoon, and it's cargo, lands in her lap, the white cream constrasting her sleak black pants. Enjoying the turn of events, you ask "What is wrong? Can I help you with it? "
