Offer Gabrielle some wine

You sit Gabrielle down on your couch and give her a glass of wine. She gulps it, and you have to smack her on the back to ease the coughing fit that ensues.

"I'm sorry," she says. "I must seem like such an unsophisticated child..."

"You're just nervous," you say. "Relax. Sip the wine."

She nods and sips her next glass. You sip yours a lot slower than she sips hers.

"Um," she says. "You wouldn't be trying to get me drunk, would you?"
