Tom Brady and the New England Patriots have had a fairly successful, "Revenge Tour" if I may say so myself.
The Patriots are currently sporting an unblemished, 7-0 win/loss record and are showing flashes of perfectness, from their undefeated and historic 2007 season. During the rigorous course of their '07 campaign, the Patriots inevitably went a perfect 16-0, falling just short to the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLII, subsequently concluding the year with a disappointing, 18-1 record. As Bill Belichick would say, the team didn't do their jobs and as Tedy Bruschi would tell you, they didn't get the job done. Will this season be any different?
Though the Patriots eventfully won Super Bowl XLIX, defeating the Seattle Seahawks in the process last season, it was amidst controversy, as New England was bombarded by the ongoing Deflategate saga. Can Brady muster up the strength en-route to leading the Patriots back to the Grandest Stage of them all, or will he succumb to the intense pressure and high expectations of being the defending Super Bowl Champions?
