With a little effort, Maisy slides the window open. She has to push at it some, as it hasn't been opened for a long time, but she soon gets it open.
Once again, she looks outside. She looks at the ground, then at the wall. "I think there's enough to hold on to," she says. "I certainly hope there is."
She lifts one leg, then the other, out the window. She turns around, grabs hold of the window sill, and starts to lower herself down the side of the mansion.
