You slip the shoe back onto the librarian's foot. She slides off of the table, shifts her weight from foot to foot, and cracks a smile.
"Now, I expect that any sexual activity that goes on over here will be conducted quietly," the librarian says. "If you need to be noisy, please leave the library.
