"I'm still cleaning in here. This floor needs to be sterilized. E. coli is a serious bacteria. Use your diaper, then I can give you a clean one." Ms. Walker explains.

"But I don't want to have another accident." Katie exclaims.

"It's not an accident if you pee in a diaper on purpose." Ms. Walker counters.

"I'll just hold it." Katie exclaims.

Katie could go to the regular bathrooms but she does not want anyone to see her in a diaper. Katie sits down and crosses her legs. She soon finds that the bulky diaper makes it difficult for her to hold her crotch. Katie squirms in her seat and tries to think of dry things.

"How long until the bathroom is clean?" Katie asks.

"Five more minuets." Ms. Walker explains.

Katie waits longer and her bladder begins to throb. Then the school bell rings for the end of the day. The sound makes Katie jump. Katie feels hot urine flood her diaper. She squeals in pain as her throbbing bladder releases all of its contents.

Nurse Walker comes over to see what is wrong with Katie and smiles when she sees Katie's wet diaper.

"Do you feel better?" Ms. Walker asks.

"No, I just wet a diaper like a baby." Katie cries

Ms. Walker hugs Katie. Then she removes Katie's wet diaper and replaces it with a clean diaper.

"Let me drive you home. You have had a rough day." Ms. Walker says.

Katie accepts the ride and Ms. Walker takes Katie home.

Ms. Walker takes Katie to the door and introduces herself to Katie's mother. Then she lifts Katie's skirt to show Katie is wearing a diaper. Ms. Walker recommends that Katie wear diapers at all times and visit her office three times a day. Katie's mother agrees and soon Katie is known as "baby Katie." Katie visits the nurse Walker and they have many sexual exploits.
