You summarize that opportunities come from the openings in the environment caused by the relative weakness of the enemy. The school is the environment and Toby's position as quarterback is his weakness. If you take that away from him, he'd be to busy picking up the pieces to stop you from getting with Kelsey. You come up with two plans to undermine Toby: you can spread a nasty rumor about him or plant steroids in one of his gym bags.
