You go after the finneon. To catch the finneon you need to jump into the water. You swim after the fineon. Once you are close enough you say "Todile use scratch" The finneon looks weak but you just wait to make sure so you say "Todile use bite" The finneon stops moving. You throw your Pokeball at the wild Pokemon. Click goes the Pokeball. Congrats you got a finneon.
