Girl Scout Cookies/Make Claire go away

“That’s probably Claire coming back with the cookies,” you say.
“Oh no,” Lin yells. “I don’t want her to find out about this.” Lin looks pleadingly into your eyes and asks, “Can you make her go away?”
“Um… okay,” you say. As you head towards the door, you see Lin disappear into your bedroom out of sight. You open the door and see Claire standing there with several boxes of Thin Mints.
“Thanks, Claire,” you say. “I’ll take five more boxes,” handing her the money.
“Where’s Lin?” Claire asks as she hands the boxes over to you.
“A friend of hers called and she had to go. She said you could pick up the wagon from me,” you explain as you gesture to the wagon sitting just inside the front door.
“Hmm… okay,” Claire says as she takes the end of the wagon. She gives a questioning look back towards you as she leaves, but seems to have accepted your story.
You close the door and head back to the bedroom where you saw Lin go. She is sitting on the corner of your bed and you see a shy smile appear on her face when you walk in.
“I told her you had to run to help out a friend,” you tell her, as you sit next to her on the bed. “I hope that’s okay.”
“Yeah,” Lin mumbled distractedly. Her hands are fidgeting in her lap and she seems uncertain what to do next.
