Downfall/Pass the bottle to Julianne

If you'd call for Will to take the bottle, you are not sure if he'd actually react, given that he must know that you teased him. He won't turn for Kirsten either, for the same reason. That leaves only mum. Any parent has that mysterious power to make their children obey to a certain degree, so it's your best chance to involve her unknowingly in your ploy.
You ask your mother if she wants some water. When she nods, you pass her the bottle. She drinks and offers Kirsten a drink. Kirsten just shakes her head, seeing through your plan. Your mother closes the bottle and calls Will. Will reaches over the shoulder without looking, waving his hand blindly around, expecting your mum to pass him the bottle. Your mum isn't able to reach is hand without having to bend forward which she can't because you are sitting on her lap. One would expect that Julianne simply would hand the bottle to you to pass to Will, but she doesn't.
"Will," she says, a slightly impatient tone in her voice, "stop that. I don't have all day. Take the bottle off me."
Will reluctantly turns around. Once more, he keeps his face so high that you wonder how he even notices the bottle. He grabs it and quickly turns around again. How disappointing.
Thirty minutes later, the cab arrives at the airport. You leave the cab to get your luggage while Julianne pays the cab driver.
