Downfall/Don't cross the swamp C 1

Just in case, you decide not to cross the swamp right now. You might come back here with Cate as safeguard. You turn back and pass through the undergrowth. You make a turn and search another area for something to eat, but you find nothing. The fading light forces you turn turn back as long as you still can see where you are headed.
Cate awaits you in the camp. She hasn't found much, only a handful of edible berries, not more than a bite. Cate starts to divide the berries, but you stop her. You insist that she eats the berries alone, as it wouldn't do any good if the both of you got only a teaser. Reluctantly you persuade Cate to eat the berries herself.
"Bummer," Cate says. "I don't like how the sky is looking. We should try to build a roof."
"Shouldn't we make a fire first? It won't be easy when everything is wet from the rain."
