An outdoor press conference is called on the steps of city hall to discuss the inevitable execution of the Human Torch. You fly down from the sky. Lois boredly ignores an obvious robot used to take Clark Kent's place to represent the Daily Planet. Gripping the lectern, you commence a speech lamenting the necessity of executing the Human Torch and what a tragedy it is to see a fellow superhero go rogue. You throw in a couple of jokes, including about thinking he'd just been "blowing smoke," and you think they go over pretty well. You plan to finish by speaking, as if to the deceased Human Torch, that where he is now, the flames are a lot hotter. You smile a shit-eating grin.

• Casually slip in that he was cold "down there".
• Reveal the Human Torch was addicted to drugs after burning a field of marijuana and inhaling the smoke.
