You see the deluxe continental breakfast steaming on your plate but for some reason seeing all of that protein makes your stomach churn. You open the fridge and pull out a bag of raw spinach then sit down at the dinner table next to your father. He lifts an eyebrow at you and grunts disapprovingly before diving back into his pork-and-egg massacre. He never was one for talking.

Your mother quickly walks down the stairs. She notices that you haven't touched your plate and sighs. "I didn't slave over your hot breakfast this morning just to have you get a sudden change of consciousness. Oh well. Hurry up because we've got to get going right now or else you'll be late!"
