Variety's the spice of life, so I'd like to say that most things are perfectly fine by me. That said, here are some basic rules to follow.

No rape, no dubcon. Everyone involved in sexytimes should be willing -that also means that minors, mind control, drugging NPCs, and the like are off the table. If you want to write scenes about the main character being drugged or raped, you'll need to put something on the page immediately before letting people know.

Transformations, Watersports, Incest, and other forms of niche kink is perfectly fine, but should also be listed before it happens.

Avoid using slurs and other stuff that screws people over in the real world. It can be a major mood-killer, and the point is for everyone to be able to enjoy this.
