Buy Michelle an ice-pack from the store half a block from the school before going in

You tell Michelle to use you for support. You half-carry her towards the school, stopping only at the store to buy an ice back for the lump on her head.
You take her to the nurse's office and say that you found her naked and unconscious by the creek. The nurse thanks you for putting ice on the lump. Michelle explains that she was looking for her earring, which, after she woke up, you found for her.
The police are called, and the lead officer chuckles when you tell him that Michelle rewarded you on the spot. No progress is made in finding out what happened, but Michelle is deemed well enough to not go to a hospital.
After school, you make your way to the back entrance of Michelle's house at 5:30. She whisks you into her room and the two of you strip and lie on the bed.
