Act like you are clueless (leave base camp)

You feel bad that you apparently told her to join you, but damn, this is your time. You don't want to have to be responsible for her tagging along. “No, I am sorry, but this was going to be my time to relax and I don't want anyone tagging along,” you gently but firmly tell her.
“Oh come on, it'll be fun,” she says with a pathetic look on her face, “I don't want to stay here all week with these guys, I'm like a fifth wheel here, that's no fun for me.”
You can't stand when she gives you that sad face look, and it always worked in the past when she wanted you to cave in to her ways. After some thought (mainly about equipment needed for two people on the trip, because after all she is attractive and you are gonna let her go anyway) you decide it can't hurt to let her go. It really would be boring for her to stay in camp knowing the rest of the gang the way you do.
