You slowly walk towards the place where the figure used to be. Beside you, a bush is crackling. You walk towards the bush. Suddenly, the figure pops out. It is not Alex. You stutter, "Who are you?" It says in a raspy voice, "I am the horror of your nightmares!" You scream. It laughs, but for some strange reason, it sounds familiar. It suddenly wipes some gook off it's face.
"Alex!" You shout. "Where were you and how did you get so dirty?"
He grins, his teeth dirty. You back off. "I met a new friend," Alex says. You scream as a monster runs towards you.
